WHAT HAPPENS DURING A CHAKRA HEALING RETREAT?

Your chakras are the energetic centers of health in your body. Experience a deep clearing and realignment to your divine life force. Through an intensive process of hypnotic & meditative Chakra Activations & healing attunements, breathwork & through the energies of the Goddess you connect with your divinity on a cellular level. This retreat is a container for physical, mental, emotional & spiritual healing and expansion.

Spend a magical two days in celebrating, meditating, and moving with the divine light that is flowing through you at all times. This retreat is an opportunity to heal your body, expand your mind and rejuvenate your spirit. Although we have a schedule, the time we spend together is guided by spirit. The only requirement is an open heart and willingness to surrender. It is limited to 12 participants so that you can receive personal attunements.

ITINERARY

Chakra Healing Retreat LEVEL I is an immersive and transformative experience taking place over two deeply healing and regenerative days. 

Each day includes sacred ceremony, Chakra Activation and chakra healing workshops. The retreat is designed to take you on a step-by-step journey to deepen your connection with your chakra centers and fine tune your subtle energy field with the purpose of attuning to the divine Rays of light that are flowing through you at all times with ease.

SATURDAY:


10:15am - 11:15am: Chakra Clearing & Balancing Ceremony


11:30am - 1:00pm: Alignment with the Seven Rays Workshop


1:00pm - 2pm: Muladhara Chakra Activation & Attunement

SUNDAY:

11:15am-11:45am: Morning Golden Orb Chakra Clearing Ceremony

12pm-1:00pm: Chakra Yantras Workshop

1:00pm-2:00pm: Svadhisthana Chakra Activation & Attunement

2:00pm-3:00pm: Manipura Chakra Activation & Attunement

3pm-3:30pm: Closing Chakra Healing Ceremony

WHAT DO I NEED FOR A VIRTUAL RETREAT?

Creating Your Retreat Space

This Virtual Retreat takes place for 4 hours over two days, and an opening ceremony on Friday night for a total of 9 hours over the weekend.

Set aside the time in your timezone following the schedule above to participate. When the retreat is over, you will be provided with access to a retreat portal which will includes a selection of the healing experiences from the original retreat. All healing experiences are designed to help you to integrate the light of the activations & attunements you receive in this retreat & continue to clear and let go of low vibrational energy to create space for your ascension into the next stage of your journey on Earth.

2. Create a sacred space in your home to experience the retreat within. Take extra time to clean and clear the area. Bring in fresh elements of nature and build a small altar to hold an intention that you have for this retreat. We will discuss the altar more in the opening ceremony. For now, just use your intuition to build one in the space where you will be participating.

3. Collect a sacred writing instrument, a beverage (required for the opening ceremony), a journal, a blanket and prepare in advance some high vibrational food to support you.

AIMEE REBEKAH SHEA

Aimee is a holistic therapist & meditation artist. She is a certified clinical hypnotherapist, a Reiki Master and has been trained professionally in Integrated Energy Therapy, Angel Therapy & Crystal Healing.

She has helped thousands of people heal from the inside out in private practice and in sacred ceremony with small healing groups through hypnotherapy, guided meditation, Angel Therapy and energy healing.

Aimee en-joys experiencing and sharing divine wisdom from lightbeings, angels, ascended teachers, animal spirits, crystals, herbs and whole foods. She is currently working to demonstrate the effectiveness of energy healing practices through the development of an evidence-based scientific research program.
