Where are you located?

We are located in the beautiful San Gabriel Mountains, right outside of Los Angeles, California.

All of our programs can be completed 100% online..

However, we have optional retreats that happen multiple times a year that we encourage you to attend. The retreats are aligned with our curriculum and give you an opportunity to practice & receive the healing attunements in person.

We have retreat grants that are available for new students that provide you with financial support to attend the retreats while travel still has so many regulations and potentially unexpected pandemic-related issues. You can view all of the retreats here.

What is your refund policy?

Students who withdraw are eligible for tuition payment refunds during the first four weeks following registration, according to the following schedule:

What type of support do I get?

• Upon enrollment, you are assigned a coach. You are encouraged to schedule monthly one-on-one coaching calls.
• All our programs include live healing treatments with a trained practitioner in our tele-health clinic, Indigo Clinics. You experience the healing treatments that you are training in - in person, from the comfort of your home.
• All programs include email support and live weekly virtual office hours.
• We are committed to your success during & after training is complete. We operate within Indigo International multiple social enterprises where we are earnest practitioners. Our co-op structure supports you in learning and training in your professional career.
• Access to program portals, Transcendent Business Practicum, YLAB, RKC Research Library and all student resources including group coaching is eternal. Our purpose is to provide ongoing resources to support you in your healing career!

Do I have to be available for specific class times?

No. All of our programs are self-led. You will follow a schedule that leads you through weekly healing practices, reading and masterclasses - but you can do this at any time that is best for you.

We do have a set schedule of book talks, group coaching, workshops and events that happen on a calendar with set times, but you are not required to attend live, and everything is always recorded and sent to you via email afterwards.

Are there additional costs?

Each program has a different number of books that we work with. Some books, those written by the instructor and program specific manuals are available for download in the program portals.

Other books you will need to purchase on your own. The average cost of the books is $7 - $20. There are never more than 3 books that we use in any given semester, so that you can purchase the books over time. The cost per semester for books is an average of $40. This is the only mandatory out-of-pocket cost after tuition is paid.

There is an annual fee for each program, It ranges from $24 - $72 . It starts 12 months after your enrollment date in July or September and ends when you graduate. It provides you with annual benefits.

ANNUAL BENEFITS

• As a student you have access to unlimited coaching resources while you are enrolled AND after you graduate. The annual fee pays for your place in our coaching program. 
• Starting in 2024, all of our programs will be accredited, this means you have access to a professional community to grow your professional practice. Your annual fee supports the accreditation fees that we pay yearly to deliver accredited programs to you. 
• This annual fee provides students with the ability to register for $468 of Student Health Benefits for the total cost of $60 or $5 a month. Student Health Benefits provides students with a $468 benefit at Indigo Clinics.
• This annual fee provides students with access to our library and YLAB.
• Students who have graduated maintain access to all student portals and updates forever and you are licensed to use all of our video, audio, slideshows and text in your own practice as part of a digital toolbox for your professional work. 

If you ever have a problem paying tuition or fees, we have many options available for students to participate in workstudy. In workstudy, students earn tuition credits that you can use towards your tuition & fees.

I already have Reiki I/II, can I take USUI Reiki III/Master only?

No. To become an USUI Reiki Master, it is required that you retake USUI Reiki I/II if you completed it with another teacher.

You will always gain a deeper understanding of your practice by experiencing USUI Reiki I/II attunements and training again.

I feel called, but I am not sure if I am ready. What should I do?

Often those of us called to be healers have the greatest natural talent, but also hold internal conflict that needs to be healed before we begin the work. The wounded healer, is a psychological state of being that explains why most of us drawn to the healing arts have wounds that we are needing to heal ourselves. Many healers began like this, knowing that this is the right path, but not knowing what specific action steps to take to move forward on that path and dealing with internal issues like fear, anxiety, worry, indecision and insecurities.

Our programs lead you through an intensive 10 month healing detoxification & lightbody activation before you begin to prepare you through releasing all that is ready to be healed. It is your commitment to healing that makes you a healer. Your mastery will come over time with practice.

Becoming a healer at this time in the evolution of our planet takes courage. Because natural healing requires you to take a leap of faith (as with this type of work you cannot ’see’ the results right away, rather they emerge over time) you need to first feel very safe and secure with yourself and where you are in your life.

The only thing that you need to do is ensure
that you have a solid foundation in your life, physically and mentally. This means you want to be feeling healthy and have a stable home. From this place, you will have all you need to take the first steps, and you will continue to be led after that.

We are here to support you with coaching and mentoring throughout your entire journey and beyond. Our programs include lifetime access to program portals and all resources and access to our YLAB, the social entrepreneurship & social innovation lab to support you practically to bring your vision(s) into form.
