Creating From Within the Vortex

Creating From Within the Vortex

To thrive and experience longevity as a healer, you are required to create, then sustain your vision and keep recreating it over and over again. This happens repeatedly over years and decades as you change and the needs of the people around you change. The vortex is the space where it all comes together. It is a space that you return to again and again as you vision and revision the work that you are here to do in the world.

Entering the vortex is a natural phenomenon. You cannot force it to happen, it is like the rain. You enter with the ease that a confident swimmer enters the ocean - with equal parts anticipation, confidence, caution and surrender. When you choose to focus on thoughts and activities that bring you into a flow state - you enter the vortex.

When you remain in the vortex for an extended period of time, you tap into a field of your superconscious mind. This requires you to let go of everything that has been. To flow with the creative forcefield of energy within the vortex, you have to surrender completely to the new energy that is present; no matter how uncomfortable that may be. In that complete surrender; the new life-force feeds you - in ways that you didn't even know you needed. Think of the feeling that you get after swimming in the ocean; you are cleansed, revitalized, and clear in body, mind and spirit. This is the feeling that comes after spending time in the vortex.

The vortex is a place you enter over and over again. The path into the vortex is vibrational and inspires feelings of unconditional love for life, joy and peace. Your only job is to identify what brings you the feelings of unconditional love, joy and peace with the most ease - that is within your control - and then prioritize doing that every single day.

Take time to map out the path into your vortex. Create a list of what you need to enter the vortex and create time every day before you start your day and before you begin your healing work to mindfully journey into the vortex. Here is my list, it can happen in any order, but I always follow the same order, like a ritual:

  1. Three Drinks for Physical Cleanse & Energy:

    1. Ginseng Tea with 7 Whole Cloves

    2. Large banana/walnut/cacao/maca smoothie with yogurt & spirulina

    3. Yerba Mate Tea or coffee with nut milk.

  2. Environment Cleanse

    1. Surface Clean & Clear Clutter

    2. Burn Palo Santo using Sacred Geometry methodically through every corner of every room.

    3. Repeat entire path and process with White Sage.

  3. Music

  4. Dance, Run, Hike, Walk, Yoga or other Exercise

  5. Guided Meditation & light a candle at my altar, calling on Spirit to guide me.

From here, I do what I am led to do next. I don't let myself start the 'doing' unless I am feeling the path to the vortex within me - unless I am feeling unconditional love, joy and peace. Somedays this takes me 60 minutes, somedays it takes me 3 hours. I don't force myself to start until I feel myself entering my own vortex.

When I operate from this place, I find myself doing less and accomplishing more. I find magical synchronicities line up in what have become expected everyday experiences. I find new sources of money flowing to me in unexpected ways, and healing take place without having to think too much about it. I find myself feeling like a child again; free, happy and safe. When I am not feeling this way, I stop, rest & realign using one or more of the practices above. Usually I do more of something active, #4 above.

Entering the vortex in the beginning of the day is how you practice entering into the role of a healer. You can be in the vortex preparing for your healing work all day, as you run errands and take care of children, as you work another job or take care of your loved ones.

This approach to my healing practice has changed my entire life. Healing is not a separate time for me (although it can be). Instead, I begin my day as a healer, I take care of myself and my family as a healer and when I go out into the world, I do so as a healer. I can only do this consistently, if I start my day in the vortex.

Here is a healing experience from Intuitive Development 101 to help you to enter the vortex...

I hope this inspires your daily practice!

I am with you in Spirit,

Aimee
