Deep Work, Eight Cell Blueprint & Nature Devas
Aimee Rebekah Shea, CHT
I recently read a book titled Deep Work. The premise of this book is that historically as human beings on Earth, the greatest among us have done our best work when shut off from the world for regular periods of time. The author told story after story of humans that have devoted themselves to cultivating their craft, to nurturing their genius within periods of deep work. This book spoke to me because I have always done my best work in isolation. I experience internal conflict when I give the outside world too much of my attention. This takes away from the time that I have been given to go into isolation with Spirit. This reaffirmed to me how important and necessary this time is.
I live in the foothills of the San Gabriel Mountains, very close to a historic wildfire that destroyed several cities last year. During the wildfire, while the power was out, I felt the presence of Spirit protecting me in the mountains. The mountains lit up the sky that night. There were some parts that were on fire, but the vast expanse in front of me stood tall and majestic. The sky was dark and quiet and there was impending fear all around me - yet I felt so deeply connected to spirit.
What I didn’t know until recently is that 31 people died during that night and the previous night while the power was out for about 500,000 households and businesses. During that moment of quiet these souls left Earth and ascended into the heavenly realms. It was a deeply powerful time for me. I felt equal parts deep sadness and deep gratitude. What I know for sure is that those souls transitioned into the heavenly realms on that night for a reason. I didn’t know what the reason was, but I knew that I felt called stronger than ever before to rededicate myself to sharing my healing work. I was guided - after the fires stopped and the air cleared - to spend more time walking in the mountains and just being in the presence of Spirit there.
I committed to dedicating an hour in the morning and an hour in the evening to going on walks with my full attention on Spirit. I prayed, I meditated, I journeyed through the veils over and over and over again. Mostly I listened. I listened to the birds, I listened to all of the intuitive insight that inevitably came towards the end of every walk. During this time I also integrated another regular practice I had of calling in the next student to our school. I would call upon Spirit and visualize a rainbow bridge. I would imagine myself sending everything I have, all of my love and knowledge and wisdom and resources over that bridge to the perfect person who would benefit greatly from what we had to give.
While I was outside in nature, protected in the embrace of the mountains - I felt the rainbow bridge come alive. I felt it travel through the rays of the sun. Over and over again, within a short time, a new student would arrive, and I would be shown something - a word, a number or some other sign - that showed me that the rainbow bridge had found them.
Through my work I was studying curanderas in Peru and I was led to slow down and feel my connection in my body to the nature devas. I was led to be more present with essential oils, herbs and rays of light, clouds, trees, flowers, ferns and plants out in nature. I was led to fast for several months and I only consumed the herbal tinctures I was making daily.
When I worked in solitude, I was able to feel the nature devas moving through me. Through my mind and through my hands and feet I felt assisted in my daily tasks in a subtle yet deeply meaningful way. During this time, I was also led through a process of activating my Original Eight Cell Blueprint. This was deep healing work. It required long periods of time for me to become aware of the subtle energy that was emanating from my cells. This is a story about what I've learned during this time and how it's shaped my professional life.
The Nature Devas
In Sanskrit, deva translates to "god," "celestial being," or "shining one". It is a noun meaning "heaven" or "to shine,". Devas are considered supernatural or divine beings in both Hinduism and Buddhism. In Hinduism, they are seen as celestial deities with heroic qualities, in Buddhism, they inhabit multiple realms In the Vedas, a "deva" is a divine being that is a manifestation of the supreme truth.
A nature deva is a spiritual being also described as a force that embodies divine intelligence and consciousness within the natural world. Nature devas are guardians of nature. They exist within plants, trees, animals, and ecosystems and they orchestrate growth on an energetic level, & work to maintain balance and harmonious energy on Earth, They are deeply connected to the Earth's vitality.
Devas are visible to those with developed psychic sight. They create subtle forms and are described as shimmering, energetic presences, working at etheric levels to shape physical reality. A plant deva might guide a rosebud to bloom, while a tree deva ensures an oak tree grows tall to provide shelter and strength. They are seen in the "spirit" but can also be felt, like the deeply peaceful presence you often feel when walking into a forest or the perfection and beauty within a snowflake's structure.
I have recently been seeing and working with rainbow devas, they emerge through the clouds within rays of light. They radiate joy and peace and they open portals through the rainbows between realms. They are energetic forms, organic in shape. They have a clear consciousness that radiates peace and communicates when I stop and listen.
You can communicate with nature devas through meditation, prayer, or deep connection with nature, receiving guidance or understanding deeper natural processes
Original Eight Cell Blueprint, Flower of Life & Modern Sacred Geometry
The Original Eight Cell Blueprint is a conceptual framework used in spiritual anatomy, energy healing, and sacred geometry. Its roots are in early embryology. The model in it's most simple form begins when a fertilized egg divides into eight cells, at that moment it encodes an original template or 'blueprint' for human consciousness and form.
Drunvalo Melchizedek, who has studied and written extensively about the Flower of Life, teaches how the Flower of Life is a mirror of the Original Eight Cell Blueprint. At the core of the Flower of Life, are eight overlapping spheres that form a three-dimensional arrangement. This visually mirrors the symmetry of the embryonic eight-cell stage. It has been found across many ancient cultures and sacred sites. It symbolizes the interconnectedness of all life and the underlying order of the universe.
The sacred geometry that expresses itself through the Flower of Life is a language of creation that speaks in patterns. The Original Eight Cell Blueprint is a model that expresses that same pattern within human development. It is a geometric and energetic blueprint that precedes physical development. It encodes patterns of consciousness that shape human form and perception. It also forms the foundation of the energetic structure of the Merkaba field.
Your Original Eight Cell Blueprint instructs your DNA and every cell in your body. It is used extensively in energy healing, somatic awareness work, meditation, and intuitive development training. Working with your Original Eight Cell Blueprint through visualization, breathwork and energetic healing can help “reorient” your energy field toward coherence, especially after trauma or chronic stress.
The Original Eight Cell Blueprint is a bridge between sacred geometry and energy healing practice; an imaginal and archetypal form that supports self awareness and self-organization.
Eight Cell Blueprint & Transpersonal Research Frameworks
Within a transpersonal research framework, the Original Eight Cell Blueprint is a symbolic template that supports healing. When activated it brings coherence, awareness of soul fragmentation, and restoration of self.
During the activation, you engage in guided visualization and subtle-energy practices that lead you into an awareness of and relationship with your Original Eight Cell Blueprint.
After using this model, you are led to document lived experience through journals, interviews, short written exercises, stress scales and symptom inventories that measure perceived changes in daily habits, spatial awareness, emotional regulation and identity coherence. In this way, the Original Eight Cell Blueprint functions as a structuring lens; scaffolding that directs the core energy that is running the experience of your mind and body.
How it all comes together...
The nature devas are guides to help you to activate your Original Eight Cell Blueprint.
I am being led to integrate Original Eight Cell Blueprint activation into my healing work. As a first step through my meditation, training and research I was guided to create a Neo-Shamanic Journey that supports you in connecting with the nature devas through the Overlighting Deva of Healing.
The Overlighting Deva of Healing is aligned with nature intelligence and guides you to become aware of and to experience your Original Eight Cell Blueprint. You can stream this full healing experience within our Healers of the Past Course Portal.
